These terms cover the Mister Kaki website and our yard service. By using the site or booking a visit, you agree to them.
1. Who we are. Mister Kaki, Osek Patur (business number available on request), Herzliya. WhatsApp: 053-437-9176.
2. The service. We come to your yard, pick up dog waste, bag it and take it with us. We then close the gate and send you a photo. We work in the areas listed on the site. We don't do general garden cleaning, and we don't clean public spaces.
3. Booking. You book through WhatsApp or the form on the site. You must be at least 18. A booking is confirmed when we agree your price and visit day in writing.
4. Prices. Prices are in ₪ and are the final price you pay. They depend on yard size and number of dogs. Yards over 300 m² and homes with 5 dogs or more are priced by quote. If your yard is much bigger than you told us, or there are more dogs, we'll give you a new price before we start. We'll give you at least 7 days' notice of any change to your weekly price.
5. Payment. You pay after each visit, by Bit or payment link. We take no payment up front.
6. First visit free. For new customers with a yard up to 50 m² who sign up for weekly visits. One per address. Not available for one-time rescues.
7. Refer a friend. When a friend you referred has paid for a visit, your next weekly visit is free. Your own weekly price sets its value. It can't be exchanged for cash.
8. Military discount. Soldiers on active service and reservists get 10% off every paid visit, on showing valid ID.
9. Skipping and stopping. There is no contract and no minimum period. Message us before your visit day to skip a week, or stop at any time. A skipped week costs nothing. You also keep every right to cancel that the Consumer Protection Law gives you.
10. Access. You agree to give us access to the yard on your visit day. If we can't get in, we'll send you a photo on WhatsApp and you won't pay for that visit. If you give us a gate code or key location, we use it for visits only.
11. Your dog. Tell us about any dog that may be aggressive or nervous with visitors. If we feel unsafe, we may leave and come back another time, or ask you to keep the dog inside. Tell us before your visit if your dog has been sick.
12. Weather and safety. We don't visit in storms or in conditions that aren't safe. We'll agree another day with you.
13. The Cape Promise. Not happy with a visit? Send us a photo and we'll come back and fix it for free. We don't offer refunds under this promise. Your legal rights are not affected.
14. Photos. We photograph your closed gate to confirm each visit. We use the photo for that purpose only and don't publish it without your permission.
15. Liability. We work with care and take responsibility for damage we cause. We aren't responsible for existing damage to your yard, or for things we couldn't reasonably have known about. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
16. The website and the game. Site content, the name and the character belong to Mister Kaki. Don't copy them without permission. The game is for fun, and scores carry no prize. We may remove any nickname that's rude or offensive.
17. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
18. Law. Israeli law applies. Any dispute goes to the competent court in the Tel Aviv district.
