What happens on a visit?
We go through the whole yard, pick up everything your dog left, bag it and take it with us. Then we close the gate and send you a photo. Your yard is saved until next week.
Do you have a discount for soldiers?
Yes. Soldiers on active service and reservists get 10% off every paid visit. It's a small thank you, from one neighbourhood hero to another. Send us a photo of your military or reservist ID when you sign up.
Do I have to be home?
No. As long as we can get in, we do the rest while you're at work, out, or inside with a coffee. Leave the gate unlocked on your visit day. Even with a cape, we don't jump fences.
Can my dog stay in the yard?
Yes, if your dog is friendly with visitors. No need to bring anyone inside unless you'd prefer to. Sniffing the cape is allowed.
Where does it all go?
We bag it and take it with us. Your bin stays out of it.
How do I pay?
After each visit, by Bit or payment link. Nothing up front.
Is there a contract?
No. Stop whenever you like.
What if you miss something?
Send us a photo and we come back and fix it for free. No arguments. That's the Cape Promise.
What if I'm away or want to skip a week?
Message us before your visit day and we'll skip it. A skipped week costs nothing.
What if my gate is locked?
We can't save what we can't reach. If it's locked when we arrive, we send you a photo on WhatsApp so you know we were there, and you pay nothing for that visit. To avoid it, give us the gate code or tell us where the key is when you sign up.
What about bad weather?
No visits in a storm. We pick another day. A wet cape helps nobody.
Are the tools clean?
Yes. We disinfect our tools and shoes after every yard, so nothing travels from one garden to the next.
What if my dog has been sick?
Message us before your visit and tell us what's going on. We'll work out how to clean up safely for your household and for us.
Will it be the same person every time?
Yes. Your yard has one hero, and your dog will get to know the cape. If someone else ever has to cover a visit, we'll tell you first.
Can I book just once?
Yes. A one-time rescue starts at ₪150. The free first visit is for small yards on weekly sign-ups only.
Do you clean artificial grass?
Yes. We pick up from artificial grass, real grass, gravel, sand and paving.
