We collect what we need to save your yard. This page explains what that is.

What we collect
- From you: name, phone, email if you give it, address, yard size, number of dogs, access details such as a gate code or key location, and anything else you tell us about your yard or dog.
- From visits: a photo of your closed gate, visit dates, and any photos you send us.
- From payments: payment amounts and dates. Bit or the payment provider handles your card or account details, and we don't see them.
- From the site: how the site is used, through cookies and similar tools, if you allow them.
- From the game: the nickname you choose and your score.
Do you have to give it? No law requires you to give us this information. Without your address and contact details, though, we can't provide the service.
Why we use it. To answer you, give you a price, arrange and carry out visits, confirm them, take payment, issue receipts, and improve the site. We'll only send marketing messages if you've agreed, and you can stop them at any time.
Who sees it. We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business:
- WhatsApp and Meta, for messages and for measuring ads
- Google, for email and site analytics
- Cloudflare, for hosting the site
- Bit and our payment link provider
- Morning, for receipts
- Our accountant, and authorities when the law requires it
Some of these companies store data outside Israel.
How long we keep it
- Gate codes and access details: deleted within 30 days after you stop.
- Gate photos: deleted after 90 days.
- Payment records and receipts: for as long as tax law requires.
- Other customer details: for as long as we need them to serve you, then deleted.
- Game nicknames and scores: as long as they appear on the leaderboard.
Cookies. We use cookies to see how the site is used and whether our ads work. You can refuse them in the site's cookie notice or your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Security. We limit who can reach your details and protect the accounts that hold them. No system is perfect, so don't send us anything we don't need.
Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us and we'll answer. You can also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.
Children. Our service is for adults. Children shouldn't send us personal details.
Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
